Our ingredients are so local that they even have their own names. This carrot is Seppo. Like our other carrots, Seppo is part of our Finnish ingredient family. It is not easy to be born and grow up in the north. That's why Seppo really wants to be the best carrot in the world. And that's why we have chosen Seppo as one of the carrots in our jam.

Many jams taste the same and are boring. That's what we thought before we developed ours. Nokiakka jam is made to taste in top restaurants and parties all over the world. It stands out from the others right from the first mouthful and always brings its own special addition to the dining table. That's why our jam doesn't agree to play only a supporting role. Nokiakka jam is a significant part of the taste experience.
